Typhoon caused havoc in Alabama and West Georgia; 6 people killed, 38,000 homes lost electricity

USA News – According to information received by World News superfast, at least 6 people died in the storm and storm in southern parts of America. Officials said 5 people died and several people were injured in Calhoun County, Alabama due to the storm Thursday evening. 

One person has also died in West Georgia. Several homes were also damaged by the storm, after which about 38,000 homes and shops in Alabama and Georgia were electrocuted on Friday morning.

A total of 23 tornadoes occurred at different places

According to information received by the World News superfast, the Meteorological Department said that a hurricane struck the city of Newnan in western Georgia on Friday morning, after which the roofs, trees and pillars of many houses were damaged. 

Fire Chief Pat Wilson of Koweta County, Georgia, said the storm killed one person in Koweta County, Newnan. According to the Meteorological Department, a total of 23 tornadoes have been detected at different places. A tornado has been confirmed in Alabama, 17 in Georgia and 5 in Mississippi.
