State Bank of Pakistan is looking for dynamic, excellent, brilliant and talented candidate for latest Jobs for Executive Secretaries at Officer Grade-2. State Bank of Pakistan is the regulator of all banks established in Pakistan. SBP is established under State Bank Order 1948. Presently Tariq Bajwa is the Governor of State Bank.

SBP has recently announced latest job vacancies for fresh / experience candidate having master or bachelor degrees. Lets have a review over the vacancy here under.

 

Job Title

  • Executive Secretaries (OG-2)

Qualification

  • Candidate must have required degree in Master or Bachelor recognition from a HEC or reputable foreign institute.
  • Candidate will be preferred having diploma in Office Management / Administrative Skills / Secretarial Services.

Age

  • 31 Years from the date of application.
  • Relaxation will be available for higher qualification and experienced candidate.

Gender

Experience

  • Candidate must have at least 3 years relevant experience from a reputable bank / financial institution.

Salary & Benefit

  • Salary range between (Rs. 82,000/- to 164,000) including all allowances / loans / medical facility / Gratuity / Provident Fund and other benefits as per bank’s policy.

Computer & Other Skills

  • Candidate must have computer skills in MS Office, good communication skills and problem solving competency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of appointments schedule and consign of its record on daily basis.
  • Preparation of all responses, drafts, receives & responds calls, confidential correspondence for this secretarial job.
  • Maintaining logistic arrangements for meetings, conference calls & supportive material well before schedule (time).
  • Maintain a proper record of incoming and outgoing mails / responses.
  • Preparation of all letters, policies, memos, drafts and procedures.
