Branch Manager is responsible for continuous growth in business as per given targets. BM has to perform the following function in the job description.
- Business growth and management of business relationships, devise a strategy to achieve the annual targets within timeline.
- Providing extended customer services with highest professionalism.
- Comply the banking procedures to avoid the financial risk.
- Efficient supervision of team under the supervision. Extend coaching to bring motivation in the staff member.
- Ensure effective utilization of expenses within budgetary limits.
Minimum 4 to 5 Years of banking experience is required

Branch Operations Manager is responsible for efficient running of branch operations in line with SBP regulations, compliance and bank procedure.
- Ensure compliance of process for Foreign Exchange and KYC/AML policy.
- Ensure supervision of all financial transaction executed on Cash Counters, balancing of GL accounts, customer queries & complaints and maintain record for Internal and External auditors.
- Ensure processing of all financial transaction as per TAT.
- Ensure submission of all regulatory reporting accurate and timely to avoid complications.
- AML/CFT compliance is prime responsibility in context to Account Opening for proper and genuine recording of customer information in the KYC.
- Ensure to improve customer experience segments.
- BOM will ensure to maintain all record of branch operations for audit purpose.
- Ensure to reduce all security lapses being challenged in the country. Proper records will be maintained related to security guards and other security equipments.
- Operations staff management is also a vital responsibility of BOM to create motivation, sharing of knowledge related to latest policies and procedures, people development with training through HR.
Minimum 5 to 7 Years of banking experience, strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
