During recent past bankers are suffering a lot of financial issues in their jobs due to extreme targets from the bank management and in return none of benefits given to them except commission on the deposits and other cross sell products. Their personal life and family engagements have also been complicated due to employment pressure.

PBA – Pakistan Banking Association has called the Bank’s CEOs in the Bankers Forum to address the recent challenges and get ensured to make easier the job positions of the bankers in the future. PBA has initially directed the bank CEOs & Presidents to deliver handsome increments, bonus to the staff directly ancillary with the branch operations particularly Cash Officers / Counter / Operations Staff.

 

Bank Alfalah Limited

Last Year Bank Alfalah was not announced the performance management bonuses and increments to the staff, created a height of dissatisfaction among the staff and a goodly number of staff switched to another banking industry with minor rise or even most of the staff chosen job on same grade and salary.

 

Salary & Benefits

Mr. Nauman Insari – CEO & President of the Bank Alfalah has given assurance in the Bankers forum to deliver 15% rise in the existing salary to the staff as a Increment along handsome amount of bonuses. Two festivals bonuses will remain given to the staff on Eid Ul Fitr and Eid Ul Azha.

 

United Bank Limited

Last year UBL Bank was delivered little bit increments and benefits to their staff and declined promotion of a large number of staff. Bank staff has become dissatisfied due to minor increments and promotion.

 

Salary & Benefits

Ms. SimaKamil – CEO & President of the United Bank Limited assured the PBA Management to deliver increments and bonus with rise of 12% in the 2018.

 

Habib Bank Limited

HBL is the largest bank in Pakistan and last year HBL kicked out a large number of idle staff to bring efficiency and invited fresh and young candidate for various position in the country wide. HBL has always been remained low payout bank in Pakistan.

 

Salary & Benefits

Mr. Nauman K. Dar has delivered his views in respect of handsome increments & benefits to the staff during year 2018 and has also focused over fair process of performance management cycle in the banking industry.

 

Muslim Commercial Bank

MCB Bank was delivered low increments and benefits to the staff during last year due to business challenges and kicked off numerous promotions in the country wide.

Mr. Imran Maqbool – CEO of the MCB has given assurance to the Pakistan Banking Association for substantial amount of increments and bonuses to the staff during 2018.

 

Meezan Bank

Meezan Bank has been progressive with regards to increments and bonuses to the staff and staff member are also satisfied even there is a huge mess of operations working / dealing of customers at counter.

 

Salary & Benefits

Mr. Irfan Siddiqui – CEO of the Meezan Bank has also delivered prolific views in respect of handsome increments and bonuses this year 2018 @ 16% – 18%.

 

Bank Al-Habib Limited

BAHL is progressive, trade, deposit market oriented institution in the banking industry and staff remains satisfied with their jobs with respect to allowance and benefits.
